alrightttty.
Molly's Hollow went first and overall , pretty good, i enjoyed it. the bass player and dylan had a alot of energy and stage presence so it made it more enjoyable. dylan was my favorite part of this band, his presence and his vocals. the guitar tone was reeeaaally bad, not saying the playing wasnt. i just think they would have a better overall sound if they worked with their tone some more. Again, it was enjoyable and i think dylan did especially good.
Still Vivid was next and I really enjoyed it. I really like the sound Still Vivid has, and Chris Hardisty has some super sick vocals. I heard Wade do some back ups with him which sounded SICK and they should do more of. I had no idea Wade could sing. but yeah, they were just as good as the last time i saw them, pretty melodic guitar riffs with some sneaky breakdowns....yes!
Make Your Last Move was next. So coming into the show i hadnt previously heard of this band so Iwasnt sure what to expect. but i really liked it. it was fun music to listen to, really melodic riffs which were sick. Awesome stuff i had a good time listening to their set.
Brahmin was on last. and Brahmin is always a truckload of beef. i way dig them, i love the breakdowns and the super low tuning. Jeff is a good frontman and makes the overall performance that much sicker. and the occasional sync breakdowns headbangs are always sick to see.
but overall good job to all the bands cause they all did well. and it was a very fun show with alot of positivity goin around haha.

An oil rig. Made of beef, with beef in it, sailing in a sea of beef, sitting on top of an aircraft carrier with the same beefy qualities. Alright, maybe a yacht.

apparently chris and matt's guitars were out of tune, sorry about that everybody! also, there were some mic issues...
and about molly's hollow, their guitars sounded like poop because they were using other peoples gear and didnt have time to get a good tone because they were 45 minutes late. i dont normally like thrashing on other bands, but that really bothered me. we waited that long for them, then they get up there and talk for like 2 minutes between each song... if you show up that late to a show, youre lucky youre even playing, you best just run through your set as fast as possible.
but i digress.

It still sounded good man.
I think they should bring their own equipment and not show up late again. Their drummer made a comment that kinda pissed me off. When I told him that we almost didn't let them play because they were 45 min. late, he told me "Maybe you shouldn't of put us first then". Prick.

Sorry, but I did not enjoy Mollys Hollow. It was my first time seeing them since Buried In Ruin and from what everyone had been saying about them being really great, I was excited to hear them outside of their myspace recordings. Sadly, I was disappointed. Specially when I know they could have done a lot better. Stage presents, I think, was the only thing that saved em. They are good people, but as a band they didn't work together.
Still Vivid is more of my style I think. I defiantly own a cd and add to my zune.
Make Your Last Move I also enjoyed, but mot my kind of guitar style.
Brahmin, I think had more energy and got the crowd more involved. Im not much of a deathcore person, but I think I liked em more. In terms of my kind of music though, they would be my second with Still Vived as my number one.
Sorry babe :]

i thought molly's hollow was dope, i like them SOOOOOOOOO much more live, it would have been better if they were better prepared, but i am not hating. still vivid was my favorite, that first song, all mellow and pretty then al lthe sudden some super stinky southern two step into a huge breakdown... man was that awesome.. make your last move was tight, i like the style they are going for and brahmin killed it like always
