I guess this site won't be technically "dead"

It appears as if I had set the billing for this URL to be automatic, and I was just billed for another year to keep 541musicscene.com alive. So I guess this website could exist for another year.

Here's the deal....I'm knee-deep in work, school and musical obligations. Probably a little too deep for me to commit to updating, promoting and maintaining this site for another year.

Does anybody wanna take over the day-to-day tasks of this site? The obligation isn't that crazy, just try and maintain some type of presence on Facebook and Myspace. Maybe throw the logo on top of some show fliers here and there. Just anything to keep the community here alive.

I guess I could always call Yahoo and get my money back, but that would probably mean the death of 541musicscene.com, and I'm not sure I wanna pull the plug unless absolutely no one wants to volunteer.

So what do you say? Who wants to take over the site?

P.S. I changed the color scheme again, figured it could use some freshening up...

Brock is up for the task, I have free time at night when I sit at my computer for hours instead of sleeping, and i also have fast internet access just dying to be used. If the spot is still open, you have my number. Text me, cuz im probably going to be at work. always.... (sigh...)

I know that I can't. I will come up and look every once in a while, but in no way could I be a mod or admin as I'm doing school full-time and I'm going to focus this time as opposed to last time. I mean hell, if someone wants to make me a mod, I'm willing to do a little QC while it goes on, but in no way would I be valid as admin of 541musicscene. I will post shows when I hear them and try to keep this funky fresssssssh, yo.
