the only thing i buy from this town is chest.
right? get it? but seriously? have you tried, you know, ANYWHERE? check out target, or wal mart. or local hobby shops for the sake of supporting local businesses. whatev.

ahhhhh, i dont want to buy something that looks like everything else... danny, you are my first victim/ opponent for telling me to shop at walmart.. i will notify you when i acquire my pieces and board.... i will check toy and hobby friday after philosophy / hell aka morning classes... i stayed up all night playing piano.... i really need hobbies, my brains gonna splode! ... i dont know what is wrong with me, perhaps i should start an angry girl band... i need a place to scream....

Yeah the toy and hobby store should have some. Most toy stores or game shops have generic boards. You could check the pawn shops. I think you are going to have a hard time finding a truly unique board here in town but there are some good shops on the coast. Just in some of the small towns around Florence, but Florence should have some good ones too.
I'd play with you but I'm afraid I'm not very good and wouldn't make a good opponent.

Don't they have the community chess boards at Cosmic Pizza?
