How I got here: Found you on GFA's old myspace.
How I am active in music: Helped with some promotion back in Indiana years ago and some up in Salem. Other than that I go to shows and support national/local bands.
Best show experience:
Back in Indiana had to be local Saints Never Surrender shows or when Underminded would come. Old Facedown shows were fun too.
In Oregon, probably the Verse/Have Heart tour or Gnar Shred Fest. Last Comeback Kid show was crazy too. As far as local bands, Hatchet Diaries, Brutal Fight, Life and Limb were solid, It Prevails and American Me are good.
What I can do to contribute to the scene: Promote, possibly book hardcore shows. Might have a floor for touring bands to sleep on next year.

Shows I'm looking forward to: NFG/SYG/Shai Hulud at Hawthorne, Run With The Hunted down here, The Ghost Inside/Terror
Love: Pileups, headwalking, video games, bowling, sober lifestyles.
What's up everyone? I'm trying to become more aware of what hardcore scene there is around here. To be honest the last hardcore show I went to down here was MLIW and Trash Talk back in Fall 07. Every other show seems to be a metal show at a bar, haha.
If you go to Portland shows you've most definitely seen me at Satyricon, maybe Hawthorne and Arctic Circle. I was there for Salem's brief stint in the hardcore scene with The Sip and Stitches shows. Salem doesn't have much love for hardcore though, there were barely any kids at the Furious Styles/ Crow's Glory show last year so that kind of spelled the end of things there for awhile.
Bands I listen to a lot, uhhh, This Is Hell, Verse, Kids Like Us, Saints Never Surrender, H2O, Comeback Kid, Ruiner, Killing The Dream, Have Heart, Acacia Strain, On Broken Wings, Black My Heart, Guns Up!, Rage Against The Machine. Also listen to a lot of underground hip hop and electro.
Well shit I said a lot.
