A heads up for you ambitious friends of mine:
I just drove by a building that has a giant "FOR LEASE" sign on the front. I have to be at work super early, so I didn't turn around for details. I'm pretty sure the address is 1235 Railroad Blvd (right off the Chambers overpass) and it's in a pretty cheap neighborhood.

Are you talking about the one you can see off of beltline? Because I saw one on my way back from GC on Beltline that looked sweet. 2 stories, bunch of room.

Hm, that might be the building which already was an art gallery/music venue. It was called Gallery Obscura and it just closed down a couple months ago. It's a pretty nice space (if that is the one you saw).

With the building we have in mind, the price is honestly about half the market value for its square footage.
I'll look into any other buildings anyone sees, though. Just let us know where and we'll check it out.
Bonus points to anyone that can find out square footage, lease length, and price per square foot and PM that info to me or Danny.

No scavenger hunt for me. I'm just dropping some good leads.
(And no, it's not off Beltline. It's a mile or two south of there. Drive to the south end of Northwest Expressway and it turns into Railroad Blvd.)
