So personally, i think that we've made some serious improvements in our local music scene here, i can definitely feel the tides starting to change. But personally, i think in order to keep expanding the scene, we need to have more shows with different bands promoted by 541ms, not just the usual you know what i mean? I just feel like if we have more of a variety of bands playing, that maybe our scene would expand? I could be wrong, but that's just my opinion.

So name some freakin' bands you wanna hear. Not your little brother's band that jams in your garage. I'm talking about real bands that will actually do some promotion to make sure they have a successful show (and obviously not just online promotion). Give me a list of ten Eugene bands that fit that criteria, and I'll give you a list of ten different bands I've booked and we'll see what we come up with.

Well to be honest, there aren't ten bands in this area that I really enjoy. I still go, but I definitely don't like the majority of the bands in the area. What needs to happen is new bands need to form. It's gunna take time. We just need to keep doing what we're doing, and mixing and matching bands to try and keep it fresh.

well tyler, i do have to say that your band definitely could step up their game when it comes to trying to book shows. just talk to chris danny or john... its pretty simple.

yea, i mean i do admit that my band could step up when it comes to booking shows, and i'll definitely be working on that. also indigo dropped the show for 3/27 because of the lack of contact from the other bands. but i'll put a list together of some good local bands that i think would go out and promote on the streets and would also draw a pretty good crowd and post it up on here and see what people think.

I'm not too happy with Naked In Alaska. At the last show we played, Molly's Hollow got the last spot on the bill instead of them, so they went around telling people the show got cancelled out of spite. That's just what I heard, but based on that, not cool.

Well how about growing a pair not letting stupid things get to you? If that made you upset then your not going to like ANY band that you play with
